The Mental Health Consortium is a collaborative effort among local organizations, schools, healthcare providers, and community leaders dedicated to improving access to mental health resources and support in Andrew County. By working together, the consortium identifies community needs, shares resources, and develops strategies to promote mental wellness, reduce stigma, and ensure individuals and families have the support they need to thrive. Thus far, we are bringing LPCs into Avenue City, North Andrew, and Savannah School Districts through using a $45,000 grant from Northwest Behavior Health to allocate $15,000 to each school district to provide a licensed therapist to come into each of their schools.
